Wen Do Classes

Wen-Do was started in 1972 by black-belt martial-arts couple Ned and Anne Paige. They recognized the need for easy-to-learn, simple-to-use self-defence for women and girls. In more than 40 years we've come a long way and our programming includes plenty of discussion and physical self-defence techniques that are suited to you and your body. I offer courses and workshops for workplaces, mother-daughter groups, community organizations and more!
